  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ginger fresh, minced


  • In a small saucepan, combine ingredients.
  • Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Brush on salmon while grilling.
