Think about it. We sit a lot. Whether it is at the computer, eating meals, relaxing, talking, meeting, or driving. The majority of our awake hours are spent on our bottoms. A scary fact to consider is that the average Americans sit 9. 3 hours each day. Which begs the question: is sitting in the new smoking?
