When you are feeling overwhelmed your mind feels cluttered. You feel frazzled and pulled in so many directions you do not know where to begin. Life drags, you feel a weight upon your shoulders. This weight can even make it difficult to let go of past resentments, memories or mistakes and does not allow you to be free of future worries.

SET UP YOUR MIND for CHANGE
With intent you can change your mind set- you can free your mind. Let go of mind clutter and focus to regain inner peace, work more productively and have more meaningful relationships. Are you ready to declutter your mind? Experts suggest asking a series of questions to decide what to keep and what to let go of. Take each thought pattern, each emotion, any internal experience that holds you back and pose these questions:

Do I need this? Is it essential or necessary?
Does it serve me? Is it helpful or useful?
Am I attached to it? Can I let it go?
